Richard replies within the day, takes your booking and confirms your slot based on the weather. He will call you back the evening before to confirm the meeting based on conditions.

Good to know before booking

  • No deposit — no payment at booking, you pay on site the day of the flight
  • Unfavourable weather — flight postponed or cancelled: no penalty
  • Client cancellation less than 48h before the slot: non-refundable
  • Passenger weight — accurate within 2-3 kg, for safety reasons (wing and equipment calibration)
  • Equipment — closed shoes required (running, trail, sneakers — no sandals or flip-flops), windbreaker recommended
  • Gift voucher accepted — valid 1 year
  • From age 4 · max 90 kg · no experience required
